This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the "User") and Joaquin Roman, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
You are granted a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the application on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service (iOS) or Google Play Terms of Service (Android).
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app.
The app and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Joaquin Roman.
The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joaquin Roman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no responsibility for the app or its content. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to this Agreement.
You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.
